Home insurance premiums in the Bay Area are rising at an unsustainable rate. Premiums are out the roof. Deductibles are unreasonable. Insurance companies are abandoning the Bay Area limiting our choices in the “Free market”. Our elected officials have allowed insurance companies to be free to leave the market. This is unsustainable.

Our elected officials must take immediate steps to implement policies that will make insurance affordable for all homeowners. Collectively, we can push for reforms that reduce costs and increase transparency in the insurance market.
